Data & Privacy

How do I delete my data?

Your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual trips or lists within the app. To permanently delete all data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We do not collect personal data. Everything stays on your device or your personal iCloud (if enabled).

Purchases & Refunds

How do I restore purchases?

Go to the app's Settings page and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

Why can't I buy in TestFlight?

In-app purchases in TestFlight are for testing purposes only and will not charge you. If they fail, it may be due to a sandbox environment issue or the item not being cleared for sale yet.
