Terms of Service

By using PacketLab / ModelPass, you agree to prepaid points, successful-call charging, traceable usage, and platform risk controls.

1. Service

PacketLab / ModelPass provides multi-model AI API access, model catalogs, API keys, wallet points, business workspaces, and usage records.

Points are an internal prepaid billing unit and are not the same as token counts. Different models, tool capabilities, context sizes, input/output tokens, and minimum-charge rules may consume different points.

2. Accounts and API keys

  • You must protect your account, password, API keys, and business-member permissions.
  • You may not sell, share, publish, or transfer API keys, or use the service for balance resale, artificial traffic, third-party-limit evasion, or unlawful activity.
  • If abnormal payments, abnormal requests, chargebacks, disputes, or security risks occur, PacketLab may suspend the account, API key, model access, or business workspace.

3. Payments, points, and charging

After a successful online payment, points are normally credited automatically. If the payment provider is delayed, callbacks fail, or risk review is required, crediting may be delayed and verified by an admin.

Successful requests are charged points. Failed, limited, service-error, or rejected requests are generally not charged. Actual charging is governed by usage logs and model pricing rules.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, spam, malware, credential-theft, or risk-evasion content.
  • Do not abuse free credit, promotional credit, refunds, or payment channels through automation, shared accounts, multiple accounts, or abnormal payments.
  • You are responsible for content you generate, transmit, store, or display through the API.

5. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. For delivered or consumed digital services, PacketLab uses usage logs, payment receipts, account records, and support records to handle disputes.

If you initiate a bank or payment-provider chargeback, PacketLab may suspend related accounts, API keys, and business permissions, and submit evidence of service delivery.

6. Changes and limitations

Model capabilities, pricing, context size, provider availability, and regional availability may change. PacketLab works to keep the service stable but does not guarantee that any third-party model or payment channel remains permanently available.

To the extent permitted by law, PacketLab is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or third-party service unavailability beyond fees paid for the service.
